Arrival
Check-in is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know in advance.
Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your room between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Thank you for your understanding. If you require a different time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment for your stay
The cost of the hotel room will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in. Additional costs, such as breakfast or other services, will be charged at check-out. You can pay for these conveniently by credit card or cash.
Cancellation
For confirmed reservations, cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For later cancellations, 100% of the package price will be charged.
Failure to arrive during check-in time / No-show
If the guest does not arrive at the hotel during the official check-in time and the credit card provided at the time of booking cannot be charged, Hotel Cristallo reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice. In this case, no check-in will be made and the room will be released for re-rental. Keys will only be deposited after prior consultation with the hotel.
Luggage room
To ensure that you can enjoy your arrival and departure days to the fullest, you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room on the 1st basement floor. The reception will be happy to provide you with further information.
Ski room
Our ski room opposite the main entrance is available for your winter sports equipment. There you can conveniently store your skis and snowboards.
Adapters
A selection of adapters is available for loan at reception. The deposit fee is CHF 20.00.
Excursions/activities
Our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information about offers and opening hours. We have provided further information material for you in the entrance area.
Cots
Cots for our younger guests are provided by the hotel free of charge. We look forward to welcoming our younger guests.
Bed linen
For longer stays, bed linen is changed once a week. An additional linen change is available for a surcharge of CHF 30.00 per change. Additional pillows and blankets are available on request.
Dry cleaning and laundry service (Monday to Friday, except public holidays)
If you hand in your personal laundry at reception before 9:00 a.m., you will receive it back by 10:00 a.m. the following day.
Electricity
The mains voltage in your room (Switzerland) is 240 V.
Breakfast
Please order your Arosa Körbli breakfast by 5:00 p.m. the day before at the latest. It will be ready for you in the breakfast room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the next morning. We offer our Arosa Körbli breakfast for CHF 15.00. It includes:
- 2 rolls and 1 croissant
- Jam, honey, and butter
- Juice, coffee, and tea à discrétion
This is a classic continental breakfast.

Drinks
Local mineral water is available in your room to quench your thirst. Incidentally, the tap water is of good drinking quality. It comes from the mountain springs of Arosa.
Dogs
Your dog is welcome here. We charge a daily flat rate of CHF 15.00 per animal, excluding food. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Towels
We are aware of our environmental responsibility. Towels are changed when they are left on the floor or in the bathtub/shower tray. If they are hung on the rail, this means that you do not want new bath and hand towels.
Internet/Wi-Fi
You can surf the internet free of charge throughout the hotel via wireless LAN. The access code for our wireless network is: friends-of-cristallo-arosa

The escape plan is posted on the inside of your room door. In the event of an evacuation, the assembly point is located in the Passerelle Poststrasse 115, behind the bus stop Zentrum.
