General terms and conditions

Arrival and departure:

Check-In:     3 - 6 pm
Check-Out:  8 - 10 am

Pets:
You can of course bring your well-behaved pet with you. Please understand that we charge CHF 15.00 per day for your pet (excluding food).

Garage:
We have garage spaces in the outbuilding. We charge CHF 10.00 per day for this. We recommend that you make a reservation in advance. For all other guests we recommend the public car park at Obersee (approx. 500 metres away).

Reservation:
We reserve the right to request advance payments or credit card numbers as a guarantee.

Cancellation:
In the case of a confirmed reservation, cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

• In the event of cancellation up to 10 days prior to arrival, 30% of the arrangement price will be due.
• In the event of a later cancellation, 100% of the arrangement price will be due.
• In case of early departure or late arrival, no partial refund of the contract price can be made.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The place of jurisdiction is the location of the hotel.
